  • How do you ship?
    Mainly, as we are Canadian based, we use Canada Post (shipping to the United States does transfer to USPS). Any items marked for PRE-ORDER, will be shipped once the items have been received in our warehouse. If threre are any delays, we will reach out promptly. With current Covid-19 limits, we have noticed some delays and are working on multiple streams of delivery options as we expand. If you have any shipping concerns, please contact via email at
  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    Any items purchased in one of our retail stores and have a defect, please contact us directly. Any items purchased through our online store must be returned by mail. Nova Printworks / Cannabis Toggery is not responsible for any shipping liabilities, due to returns, unless items is defective. A defective item would be classified as having a print issue, improperly tagged item (or no tag), damaged during shipping, etc. Any item being returned due to wrong size purchased must be shipped at purchasers expense and be returned unused. Please be advised that once the returned item is received and examined, a refund will only be issued for the original purchase price. If your item is damaged (glassware, etc.) when you receive it, photo proof of damage must be received within 10 days of original purchase date. At that point, we will review and send out an appropriate replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued. If you must exchange an item, as the purchaser you will be responsible for all shipping. For an exchange, please email us at for an exchange form which must be included with the returned item. You will either be required to include prepaid packaging, or an invoice will be sent upon the returned items arrival to which payment is required for shipping before the exhanged item will be shipped. Any items marked PRE-ORDER are final sale as they are custom made items so selections must be made carefully, please read all directions carefully when placing the order. The only time the item will be accepted for return is upon a print error, which you are responsible for contacting support immediately and instructions will be given. Return shipping will apply, however if item is found defective upon return, a replacement will be sent immediately. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • What forms of payments do you take?
    We currently accept debit, visa debit and credit cards offered through Wix Payments secure online payment. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay on our checkouts. We also accept e-transfer for Canadian orders only upon request and mainly wholesale orders.

They provide us with multiple on-line platforms that allow us to sell our products to you. You can find stored cards and payment information under your wallet tab in the Members section. Credit and debit information can be found through Square.
